You should have received 2 emails containing the schedule, indications to come to Sherbrooke and the camping and other usefull informations. If you did not receive these two emails, contact us as soon as possible.
Memphre is returning again to Sherbrooke this year with a "Back to the Future" theme. Memphre's tournament will be on the 6th and 7th of September (2003) with the Back to the Future theme centering around the years 1885, 1955, 1985 and 2015.
Format
- 20 teams
- Outdoor COED (4/3)
- 6 or 7 games
- Spit-roasted meat for saturday night and usual Ultimate food on the field (fruits, bagels, spreadable meat).

Your bid must includes
A cheque of 300$ CAN or 220$ US (payable to Christian Lemay), wich cover all the fees except beer and camping
A description of your team (where are you from, do you have any experience in tournaments)
Why should we choose your team?
We must know how many people will sleep at the campground friday and saturday.
Please don't bring alcool on the campground. We will have enough for every one at low price. The cost for camping is 6 $ (taxes included) per persone per night.
We will announce selected teams on the first of august, so your bid must be arrived before this day.

What to expect...
Memphre respect the Ultimate spirit: competitive play is encouraged, but never at the expense of mutual respect between players and the basic joy of play. So be ready to see great plays and to hear many loud cheers!
Memphre propose a regional experience with a great view on Mont Orford by the fields.
Memphre always makes a donation. He gave 200 $ to Amnesty International and the same amont for the Canadian Cancer association. This year, profits will go towards helping the envoronment.
